Regulamin SPA / SPA Regulations

1. Na umówiony zabieg należy przybyć minimum 5 min. przed planowaną godziną rozpoczęcia. Czas ten przeznaczony jest na wypełnienie ankiety przedzabiegowej przy pierwszej wizycie.
2. W przypadku spóźnienia na umówiony termin, Hotel zastrzega sobie prawo skrócenia czasu zabiegu.
3. W przypadku zamiaru odwołania lub zmiany terminu zabiegu, prosimy o jak najszybsze poinformowanie Managera SPA (nr telefonu 796 515 724) nie później niż 4 godziny przed planowaną rezerwacją.
4. W przypadku nie zgłoszenia się na zabieg lub nie odwołania minimum 4 godziny przed umówionym terminem, rachunek Gościa zostanie obciążony 50% ceny zabiegu/masażu.
5. Niewykorzystane z winy Gościa w umówionym terminie zabiegi, wchodzące w skład pakietu/bonu podarunkowego, przepadają.
6. Jeżeli klient posiada jakieś przeciwwskazania zdrowotne do wykonania pewnych zabiegów, np. choroba, ciąża, niedawno odbyty zabieg medyczny, jest zobowiązany poinformować o tym osobę wykonującą zabieg.
7. Wykonanie zabiegu będzie odmawiane osobom:
których stan wskazuje na spożycie alkoholu lub innych środków odurzających,
– których zachowanie stanowi zagrożenie dla innych Gości i obsługi SPA,
– których stan higieny odbiega od ogólnie przyjętych norm.
8. Zalecamy:
– unikanie kąpieli słonecznych bezpośrednio przed i po zabiegach
– unikanie obfitych posiłków przed zabiegami
– godzinny wypoczynek po zabiegach cieplnych
9. SPA jest strefą ciszy i relaksu. Dla zapewnienia Państwu pełnego komfortu zabrania się używania własnych odbiorników różnego pochodzenia oraz telefonów komórkowych. Na terenie SPA obowiązuje cisza. Obsługa SPA ma prawo, bez zwrotu poniesionych kosztów, wyprosić osoby, które w jakikolwiek sposób wpływają na dyskomfort innych Gości.
3. Na terenie SPA obowiązuje zakaz:
– palenia tytoniu
– spożywania alkoholu
– wnoszenia opakowań szklanych
– wprowadzania zwierząt
10. Zakup danej usługi jest równoznaczny ze złożeniem przez klienta oświadczenia, iż zapoznał się z niniejszym regulaminem i akceptuje jego warunki.
11. Osoby mające nieukończone 18 lat mogą korzystać z usług SPA oraz przebywać na terenie SPA wyłącznie za zgodą rodziców bądź prawnych opiekunów.

1. To guarantee the maximum comfort to our guests, you are requested to come to the SPA at least 5 minutes earlier before the scheduled treatment. On the first visit, this time is intended for completing the pre-treatment questionnaire.
2. In case of being late, the delay time is deducted from the treatment time.
3. In case of canceling or changing the date of the treatment, please inform the SPA Manager (telephone number 796 515 724) at least 4 hours before the planned reservation. Later cancellation causes charge of 50% of the value of a booked service.
4. All unused treatments will be charged 100% of their value. The customer is not entitled to a refund or other form of compensation.
5. Please inform a cosmetologist / masseur/ physiotherapist about possible contraindications to certain treatments (pregnancies, lactation, cancer, allergies, skin diseases and wounds, any recent medical procedure, etc.).
6. In case of unsuitable and aggressive behavior, being drunk or drugged, SPA personnel refrains from performing the treatment and full payment for the treatment is charged.
7. We recommend:
– avoid sunbathing before and after the treatments
– avoid eating a large meal before the treatments
– relax at least 1 hour after warming treatments
8. Hotel Antoni Spa & Wellness is a place of relaxation. Therefore, you are requested not to use mobile phones and other devices.
Silence applies within the SPA. Staff have the right, without reimbursement of costs incurred, to ask a person, who in any way affect the discomfort of other guests, to leave.
9. You are not allowed to:
– smoke
– drink alcohol
– bring any glass packages
– entry with animals
10. Confirming a treatment means acceptance of these terms and conditions.
11. People under 18 years of age can use SPA services and stay in the SPA only with the consent of the parents or legal guardians.
